Your curator profile

  1. Open Curator Profile and click Edit Curator Profile

  2. Add a Curator name, Curator bio, photo, banner and links

Or use Use main photo and Use main banner to reuse your main profile.

  3. Pick your Colours & page style

Your curator page has its own colour, name style and Standard or Warm page, separate from your artist profile.

  4. Click Save curator profile, then View Curator Page to see what artists see

Add your playlists

Open Playlists in the Curator section. There are two ways in:

  1. Paste a link: in Add a Playlist, paste the playlist's Spotify link

Pick its Genre (and optionally sub-genre, mood and occasion), then click Add Playlist.

  2. Click Verify Ownership on the playlist

Add the track shown under "Add this track:" to your Spotify playlist, then click Verify Now. Once it says Verified, you can remove that track.

  • Curators with Spotify connected can instead click Import All Playlists to bring in every playlist they own at once.
  • Use Sync Playlists to refresh follower and track counts.
  • The playlist must be public while it's being verified. Each verification attempt lasts 15 minutes.

Activate a playlist

  1. Click Check Eligibility to see which playlists qualify

  2. Click Activate (or Activate Free) on a playlist

  3. The first time, read and agree to the Independent Curator Agreement

  4. Confirm the activation

Any fee comes from your wallet credits. You'll get a "Playlist Activated" notification.

  • Activation is a one-time fee, and bigger playlists pay less.
  • It's free with 500+ followers and 50+ tracks, or 2,500+ followers.
  • Smaller playlists pay $12–$20, depending on followers and tracks.
  • The Earnings Guide shows your playlists' levels, the exact fees and how many reviews it takes to earn the fee back.

Choose what you accept

Once a playlist is Active, open it and tick the tiers you accept in Submission Tiers:

  • Free: artists pay nothing and you earn nothing. A track's genre has to match your playlist's.
  • Basic: you give text feedback.
  • Standard: text feedback plus ratings.
  • Premium: full, detailed feedback.
  • Each tier shows what you'll earn per review. If no tiers are ticked, no one can submit.
