The terms for running a public Page — a station, show, festival, label, blog, studio or service — on the Platform.
This Pages Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) applies whenever you create, manage or participate through a public Page on Artist Launcher. It forms part of the Artist Launcher Terms of Service and should be read together with the Privacy Policy and any other applicable agreement or policy.
By creating or managing a Page, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not create or manage a Page on the Platform.
Artist Launcher Pages are designed to help artists, organisations and other approved participants showcase their activities, services and opportunities within the ecosystem. Pages are intended to promote genuine music discovery, professional collaboration and trusted industry connections.
Creating a Page does not imply endorsement, accreditation or recommendation by Artist Launcher.
Pages may be created by approved participants including, but not limited to:
Artist Launcher is committed to maintaining a trusted, high-quality music discovery ecosystem. Only individuals, organisations and service providers that directly or indirectly contribute to music discovery, artist development or the broader independent music community may be eligible to create a Page.
Artist Launcher reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to approve, decline, suspend or remove any Page that does not align with the purpose, values or objectives of the Platform. If you are unsure whether your organisation or service is suitable, contact founders@artistlauncher.com before creating a Page.
When creating a Page, you agree to provide information that is accurate, complete and kept reasonably up to date. Depending on the type of Page, this may include name, biography or description, logos, images, videos, contact information, website, social media, services, products, events, opportunities, pricing, media and verification information.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your Page.
By creating a Page you represent and warrant that:
You remain responsible for all content published through your Page.
Artist Launcher may verify Pages to help maintain trust within the ecosystem. Verification may include review of identity, business registration, website ownership, social media, industry affiliations, supporting documentation or other information reasonably required. The process is set out in the Verification & Trust Policy.
Verification does not constitute endorsement or recommendation. Artist Launcher may approve, decline, suspend or revoke verification at any time.
By creating a Page, you grant Artist Launcher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, for the duration your Page remains active on the Platform, to host and display your Page, store uploaded content, generate previews, optimise presentation, facilitate discovery, support search, promote your Page within Artist Launcher, and operate, maintain and improve the Platform.
This licence exists solely for the operation of Artist Launcher and does not transfer ownership of your content.
Pages are intended to be publicly discoverable unless otherwise stated, and information you publish may become publicly visible. Pages may be shared by you, by Artist Launcher, by other users, through public links, through social media, and through search engines where applicable. You remain responsible for the information you choose to publish.
Some Pages may offer services, products, opportunities or other activities. Where Artist Launcher facilitates introductions, enquiries or transactions between participants, the Services & Transactions Agreement also applies.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Artist Launcher, Artist Launcher is not a party to any agreement entered into between participants, whether initiated through or outside the Platform. Participants remain solely responsible for negotiating, entering into and fulfilling their own commercial, professional and legal relationships.
Pages must be maintained in a professional manner. Participants must not:
Artist Launcher may remove Pages that fail to meet these standards. See the Community & Content Guidelines for detail.
To protect the integrity of the ecosystem, Artist Launcher may establish operational standards relating to Page quality, verification, professional conduct, service descriptions, branding, content requirements, participant eligibility, trust and safety, and other quality standards reasonably required.
Compliance with these standards does not guarantee verification, promotion or visibility.
Where Pages offer paid services or products:
Where Artist Launcher charges a commission or service fee, that fee will be disclosed before the transaction is completed.
You may request removal of your Page at any time, subject to any ongoing legal or operational obligations.
Artist Launcher may suspend, restrict or remove a Page where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, investigate complaints, protect participants, enforce Platform agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, or maintain the integrity of the Platform.
Artist Launcher provides Page services on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artist Launcher is not responsible for:
Artist Launcher may update this Agreement from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of Pages after the updated Agreement becomes effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
