One account, every role

There's no separate artist or curator account. The same account lets you share your music, curate playlists, run a Page for a station or blog, and follow the people you like. The sidebar always shows all three areas: Main, Artist and Curator.

Create your account

  1. Go to Sign up and enter your email address and a password

Your password needs at least 6 characters.

  2. Tick the box confirming you're 18 or older and agree to the Terms

Create account only becomes clickable once it's ticked.

  3. Confirm your email

If you see Check your email, open the message from ArtistLauncher and click the link. It signs you straight in.

Your dashboard

The Dashboard is where you land after signing in. It shows:

  • Get started: four quick steps (set up your profile, add your first track, submit to a playlist, follow people). It disappears once you've done them all.
  • Wallet Balance: your credits, and any amount held while a curator reviews your submission.
  • Your Submissions: totals, what's pending, what got added, and how quickly curators respond.
  • Recent Activity and Recent Transactions, plus Quick Actions for the things you do most.

Set up your profile

  1. Open Artist Profile in the sidebar and click Edit Artist Profile

  2. Add your Display Name, Handle, a Profile Photo and a short Bio

Photos can be JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF, up to 2 MB. The cover image (up to 5 MB) runs across the top of your page with nothing written over it, so photos work well. It's 3:1 (1500×500 is ideal) and you can drag and zoom it into place.

  3. Pick your Colours & page style

Choose a Profile colour (or Custom for any colour), whether your name is a Gradient, Solid colour or Plain text, and a Standard or Warm page. The preview shows day and night mode; colours are adjusted automatically so they stay readable in both.

  4. Add Where you're based and your Social Links

Click Add Link and pick Spotify, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Bandcamp, your website and more.

  5. Click Save Changes, then View Artist Page to see what others see

Find your way around

  • Feed: posts from the artists, curators and Pages you follow.
  • Discover Pages: stations, shows, blogs, venues and artists on ArtistLauncher.
  • The Indie Rolodex: a directory of places that take music submissions.
  • My Pages: create and run your own Page.
  • Messages, Wallet and Purchases sit under Main. Your tracks and submissions are under Artist.
