Add a submission inbox

  1. In your Page editor, go to Submission inboxes and click Add inbox

  2. Pick a type

Demo submissions, Radio play, Feature / review, Booking / gig or General submissions.

  3. Give it a Title, a Description and your Submission guidelines

Be clear about what you play and what you need. It saves everyone time.

  4. Tick Open for submissions and click Add inbox

  • Submitting is free for artists.
  • Radio inboxes require the audio file, so you always get something you can play.
  • To pause submissions but keep the history, untick Open for submissions. Deleting an inbox deletes its submissions.

Review what comes in

  1. Open Submissions from My Pages

Tabs for Pending, Accepted, Declined and Archived. Search by track, artist, message or ISRC.

  2. Check the track

Each submission shows length, tempo, key, loudness, release date and label. Download the audio in FLAC, WAV, MP3 or M4A when the artist included it.

  3. Add a note for the artist (optional) and click Accept or Decline

Never miss a submission

  • You get a notification for every new submission, and an email (at most one an hour, with a count of what's waiting).
  • Artists are emailed when you accept or decline, with your note.
  • Turn emails up or down in Settings → Notifications.
