Screen the Rolodex

  1. Open Screener from the Indie Rolodex

  2. Filter

Search, type, Genres (match any or all), Countries, Province / state, contact route, your history with them (never pitched, pitched before, replied), Opted in only and Hide unavailable.

  3. Read the live counts

    e.g. "37 match · 36 can be emailed · 1 by web form only".

  4. Tick rows, the whole page, or Select all N that match

  5. Use the bar: Add to list, Start a campaign or Save this search

Make and fill a list

  1. Go to Your lists and click New list

Give it a clear name, like "Jazz radio, Canada".

  2. Add listings any way you like

Add to list on any Rolodex card, listing page, screener row or My outreach row. Or on the list itself: search by name and click Add, Add your N saved, or Find with filters.

  3. Fine-tune it

Pitch goes to picks which contact at a listing gets your pitch. Your note (private) keeps your own notes. Remove takes a listing off (with Undo).

  4. Click Start a campaign when you're ready

  • Lists are private to you and reusable. Pitch the same list for your next single.
  • Up to 100 lists, and up to 2,500 listings in one go.
  • A list keeps a record of every campaign you've run from it.
